Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer.

Medical Support
Macmillan have a number of health care professionals working in the Highland area including breast and lung cancer specialist nurses, a pharmacist, consultant oncologist, palliative care nurses and a chemotherapy lead nurse. Macmillan health care professionals are a trusted and valued source of information and support to cancer patients and their families.
Financial Support
Cancer can be expensive in unexpected ways, there are extra costs such as travelling to and from hospital and extra heating costs when recovering at home. 90% of people with a cancer diagnosis experience a drop in income.
Macmillan provides cancer patients with one off grants to cover a wide range of practical needs such as heating bills, clothing and travel expenses.
Macmillan also have a partnership with the Highland CAB which provides information and advice on benefits, debt, housing, employment, form filling and tribunal representation.

World’s Biggest Coffee Morning Registration
Falcon Square Inverness. Come along and learn more about how you can be involved in the biggest UK fundraising event. We will be handing out coffee morning host packs to those already registered including a fundraising guide and coffee morning goodies.

Loch Ness Festival of Running – Join Team Macmillan at this year’s Loch Ness Marathon / 10k or 5k. We will provide you with a training guide, fundraising tips, sponsorship form and running vest.
