Internal Promotions Strengthen MG and Suzuki Teams

We’re thrilled to share some fantastic news from the team here at Dicksons. Two familiar faces have taken exciting next steps in their careers with us and we couldn’t be prouder.

Andy MacPherson who has led the MG Sales Team has now been promoted to Franchise Manager for both MG and Suzuki. Andy’s passion for delivering first-class customer service, combined with his in-depth knowledge of the motor industry makes him the perfect fit to oversee and grow both brands under one roof. His leadership has played a key role in MG’s success at Dicksons and we know he’ll bring that same energy and vision with the two brands under one roof.

 

Stepping into Andy's role is Gemma MacKenzie - formerly MG Sales Executive and now our MG Brand Manager. Gemma has built a brilliant rapport with our customers and has shown an incredible eye for detail, product knowledge and commitment to the brand. In her new role, she’ll be taking the MG customer experience to the next level - championing everything from new model launches to aftercare.

These internal promotions reflect our belief in developing talent from within and creating opportunities for our people to grow. Managing Director Fraser Bryce commented: "We’ve always believed in recognising and nurturing talent from within, so it’s a real pleasure to see Andy and Gemma step into these roles.
