1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Dicksons of Inverness Ltd (“Dicksons”), Inverness, Scotland.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Dicksons, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering the competition, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.2 Entry can be made by:
Completing an official entry form at Dingwall & Highland Marts on Tuesday 17th March 2026; or
Completing the official online entry form.
3.3 Only one entry per person permitted unless otherwise stated.
3.4 The competition closes at 11:59pm on 20th March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3.5 Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from Dicksons, however this is entirely optional and not required for entry.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive £300 worth of gift cards for Highland Industrial Supplies.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 Gift cards are subject to the issuing retailer’s own terms and conditions.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.
5.2 The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Dicksons reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
