1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Dicksons of Inverness ("Dicksons").
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Dicksons, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.3 By entering, participants confirm they are eligible.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No purchase is necessary.
3.2 Entry is via:
Completion of an official entry form at Munro's Nurseries between 27th February and 2nd March; or
Completion of the official online entry form.
3.3 Only one entry per person permitted unless otherwise stated.
3.4 The competition closes at 11:59pm on 31st March. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
3.5 Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of entry.
4. The Prize
4.1 Three winners will receive one of the following prizes:
One £250 voucher for Munro's Nurseries
One £150 voucher for Munro's Nurseries
One £50 voucher for Munro's Nurseries
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 Vouchers are subject to Munro’s Nurseries’ own terms and conditions.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after 31st March.
5.2 Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
5.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Dicksons reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.4 The surname and county of winners may be made available upon request in accordance with advertising regulations. Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure at the time of entry.
